V-300 Support Notes

Hold a Call

Condition:

A have a conversation with B through IP network. Then, A wants to put B on hold for a min.

Action:

A press the“HOLD○

＂key. A will hear silence tone and B will hear a Music tone to hold the call.

A press the“HOLD○

＂key again then will pull back the B on conversation.

Hold a Call and talk to another Call

Condition:

A have a conversation with B through IP network. When A, B conversation C make call to A. A want to put B

on hold for few seconds and pick up C’s call.

Action 1 -- Answer C’s call :
